We made a quick trip out to a fire look-out one weekend evening to satisfy our craving for an epic sunset. It did not disappoint. As the sun made its way down behind the cascades, it produces one of the most epic glows I have ever seen.
We were both so excited and running around to capture our images. As we both tend to enjoy subjects in out work, we had to take turns in front of the camera to allow the other to capture their desired photo.
The way the light hit the old windows created an awe-inspiring moment. This was a brief trip we made right after completing our move out to Washington. I would like to think the mountains were welcoming us home.
